The 2024 Master Plan is the culmination of 19 months of work with expert consultants DWL Architects and Kimley-Horn, combining strategies, data, and community feedback to create a dynamic framework for future growth.

Over 312,000 interactions were made through a variety of channels, including public meetings, statistically-valid surveys, social media and direct feedback sessions.
