Scottsdale’s LevRose thriving after 30 years in business

Thirty four years ago Jon Rosenberg sat in the corner of a building nestled in the heart of Scottsdale’s entertainment district trying to carve out a career in the real estate brokerage and property management world.

He was a fresh faced kid straight out of the University of Arizona trying to make it on a $22,000 a year salary.

“I was doing everything,” Rosenberg said. “I was a property manager, I was a receiver, I was a leasing agent, I was selling.”
