Camelot Homes has broken ground at Villas II, the second phase of its 23-home single-family detached residences within the Seven Desert Mountain golf community.
Villas II brings back two award winning floor plans from the sold out first phase of Camelot’s Villas community, designed by Robert Hidey Architects, according to a press release.
Each plan includes two to four bedrooms, three and a half to four and a half bathrooms, and 2,768 to 3,305 square feet.

Camelot Homes has broken ground at Villas II, the second phase of its 23-home single-family detached residences within the Seven Desert Mountain golf community.
Villas II brings back two award winning floor plans from the sold out first phase of Camelot’s Villas community, designed by Robert Hidey Architects, according to a press release.
Each plan includes two to four bedrooms, three and a half to four and a half bathrooms, and 2,768 to 3,305 square feet.
Homeowners may choose from three types of membership at the private Desert Mountain Club (subject to membership approval). Depending on the membership type, benefits include access to the newly renovated Sonoran Spa and Fitness Center, a tennis complex, 25 miles of private hiking and biking trails, six Jack Nicklaus Signature championship par-72 golf courses, the championship par-54 course at Seven Desert Mountain, and 10 distinctive restaurants and grills.
