Scottsdale voters can expect general plan question on November ballot

It’s official — Scottsdale’s general plan update will be on the November ballot as officials ask voters to approve and ratify the city’s guiding document after previous attempts flopped.

Work on the draft plan has been ongoing for more than a year — first virtually among a task force comprised of 13 municipal committee and board members; followed by multi-monthly City Council study sessions pouring over the document.
