“Scottsdale’s vibrant location offers immediate access to luxury resorts, golf courses and entertainment venues, enhancing its appeal to businesses,” the press release said. “The area is surrounded by major corporate neighbors, highlighting its importance as a logistical and industrial hub. The Scottsdale submarket is one of the most supply-constrained markets due to high land costs and entitlement challenges, ensuring sustained tenant demand and minimal future competitive developments.”
