Scottsdale Rising Young Professionals to feature business leaders

The Scottsdale Rising Young Professionals are featuring some valley-area business leaders as guest speakers for their upcoming event.
The event, titled From SRYP to VIP, will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 3 at The Homestead Community Center at DC Ranch, 18600 N. 98th St., according to a press release.
Speaking at the event are Ashley M. Anderson, associate director of People and Talent for ASU’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, as well as Chris Hodnett, senior principal team lead at Chick-fil-A, Inc., and Sarah Kearney, executive director of the Blue Zones Project Scottsdale.
The speakers will share insight at the event on leading a multigenerational workforce and how business leaders can embrace generational differences in order to strengthen collaboration and build higher-performing teams.
