Planned inspection and refurbishment work is underway this week at Well 27B, a City of Scottsdale-owned groundwater well located at the Promenade Corporate Center near the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
The planned work is part of Scottsdale Water’s ongoing maintenance of its water infrastructure. Crews will inspect the well and pump, remove and examine equipment as needed, and refurbish or replace components based on the condition of the equipment, according to a press release from the City of Scottsdale.
The work will help ensure Well 27B remains safe, reliable and available for continued use.
