The Scottsdale REALTORS 2024 board of directors was installed by City of Scottsdale Judge Orest Jejna at a private ceremony Nov. 30.
2024 President Peggy Neely, President-Elect Allison Cahill, Vice President Polly Blackwell, Treasurer Jessica Noble and Immediate Past President Chris Nace were sworn in along with new and returning board members Steve Bauman, Aaron Bils, Riley Cilley, Jeff Dial, Allie Jennings, Sandy Karpen, Stacey Krolak and Chey Tor.
“Orest and I always had a commitment to volunteerism,” said Neely. Jejna was associate city judge when she served on the Phoenix city council. Together, they collaborated on the Reach 11 Sports Complex and turning around the Palomino low-income neighborhood.
“I am committed to representing our members at the local, state and national levels,” Neely said. “And we will continue to find ways to assist those who are challenged by the housing market. We have a strong leadership team, and I am looking forward to a great 2024.”
Before the installation ceremony, 2019 Board President David Schmid was honored with REALTOR Emeritus status for being a member of the National Association of REALTORS for a cumulative period of 40 years and having served in a leadership position at the national association level.
Scottsdale REALTORS is making a difference in the communities it serves through a variety of councils and committees. This year, the association received a diamond-level Commercial Services Accreditation, platinum-level in the Global Business Council Achievement Program and was recognized for its partnership with the City of Scottsdale Housing Agency.
