Scottsdale realtor offering two multi-million dollar homes

A couple of Scottsdale homes on the market by Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty could break the bank for the average home buyer this holiday season.

The agency is offering the “Venado House” for a cool $10.8 million and a second home, this one in the Saguaro Forest at Desert Mountain community, is going for $8.5 million.

The Venado House, 10216 E. Venado Trail, Scottsdale, was designed by architect Shelby Wilson and built by Arizona-based firm The Construction Zone, Ltd.
