Scottsdale real estate market loosening up in March

The Scottsdale real estate market is starting to loosen up as the calendar turns to March.

The winter months are typically slower for the real estate market but Sheryl Bowden, president of the Phoenix Realtors Association, said it’s good to see some movement as pretty much all of 2023 almost ground to a stand still.

The improved market is reflected in statistics like the number of homes for sale jumped 22.5% since February to 1,502.
