Scottsdale real estate market holds steady in changing times

As the song goes, the times they are a changin ... except maybe not so much for the Scottsdale real estate market.

For the first time ever, the typical age of a first-time home buyer across the country is now 40 years old, according to a recent report by the National Association of REALTORS.
In the last 20 years, that age has steadily climbed from 25 years old to 36 and has jumped again in the last five years, according to the report
