Scottsdale police charge man with luring a minor for sexual exploitation

Scottsdale detectives have arrested Jason Ullerich on several charges, including attempted sexual conduct with a minor, police said.

The arrest occurred June 29 after police said the suspect “initiated contact on an online application and began communicating with an undercover detective who was posing as a 14-year-old male.”

Ullerich, police said, told the undercover detective he wanted “to meet up so they could perform sex acts on each other.”
