Christopher Baker, 40, was arrested by Scottsdale Police March 1 for allegedly running behind a woman and pressing his naked body against her, while the woman was out for a walk around 11 a.m. near the intersection of 100 Street and Charter Oak.

Scottsdale Police responded to the area of Charter Oak and 100th Street for a woman who called 911, according to press released put out by the Scottsdale Police.
The woman told police she was out walking, when Baker pressed his naked body up against her back, according to the release.

As soon as the victim turned around, Baker got into a nearby vehicle, the release said.

As the victim was walking away, Baker drove up next to her, still nude, according to the release.

The victim called 911 to report what happened and provided police with a photo of the vehicle, which contained the license plate, according to the release.

Baker immediately fled the scene, according to the release.

The Scottsdale Police Department Real Time Crime Center received an alert about the license plate and notified officers of the vehicle’s last known location. Officers were able to locate the vehicle near 10400 E Via Linda and take Baker into custody, according to the release.

Baker was booked into Maricopa County Jail for Sexual Abuse – Improper Touch, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Indecent Exposure, Public Sexual Indecency, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
