Scottsdale PD arrests three on suspicion of murder

Scottsdale Police have arrested two juveniles and 18-year-old Lebron Rogers for their suspected involvement in the homicide that left two people dead on Monday, June 30.

Ramon Moraga and Nadia Mysliwiec were shot while seated in a parked vehicle around 9:45 p.m. in the area of 115th Street and East Sahuaro Drive, according to a press release from the Scottsdale Police Department.

Scottsdale Police detectives responded to the initial shooting scene on June 30, where the victims’ vehicle was located. Detectives and crime scene specialists began collecting information and evidence at that time.

Scottsdale Police have arrested two juveniles and 18-year-old Lebron Rogers for their suspected involvement in the homicide that left two people dead on Monday, June 30.

Ramon Moraga and Nadia Mysliwiec were shot while seated in a parked vehicle around 9:45 p.m. in the area of 115th Street and East Sahuaro Drive, according to a press release from the Scottsdale Police Department.

Scottsdale Police detectives responded to the initial shooting scene on June 30, where the victims’ vehicle was located. Detectives and crime scene specialists began collecting information and evidence at that time.

On the morning of July 29, multiple search warrants were served simultaneously with the assistance of Scottsdale police detectives and multiple Valley partners, the release said.

A total of three arrests were made in relation to the homicides, and two missing juveniles were located during the search warrants as well, according to the release.

Rogers was arrested at a Phoenix residence by the Scottsdale Special Assignments Unit. During the search warrant service, evidence was recovered linking suspects to the homicides, according to the release.

Two juveniles suspected to be involved in the homicide were arrested at a residence in Glendale, where a search warrant was also served.

Rogers was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on two counts of murder and two counts of armed robbery with a deadly weapon. Both juveniles were held in custody in juvenile court for two counts of murder and two counts of armed robbery with a deadly weapon.
