Initially set for a December debut in Old Town Scottsdale, the Cold Beers & Pizza opening is delayed until the start of the new year.
Founder S. Barrett Rinzler, who is president and CEO of Square One Concepts restaurant group behind Arizona’s Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, Neighborhood Burger Joint, and the new Cold Beers & Pizza, has put recruitment at the top of his menu.
He stated the new restaurant is hiring employees to work at the 3,300-square-foot site on the city’s main thoroughfare next door to its popular sister brand, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, which began in 2011.
