Scottsdale club owner Stockdale Capital willing to keep noise down

Key is to find balance club owners and residents can agree on

Getting a handle on noise in Scottsdale’s entertainment district in Old Town needs to be a balance between the needs of clubs and businesses in the area and the and local residents, according to Boyce O’Brien, director of development for Stockdale Capital Partners.

“I want to definitely cooperate with the city,” O’Brien said. “We certainly want to improve this district from a day and night hospitality district. We have millions and millions of dollars invested between the three hotels we have that border this entertainment district so we certainly have a vested interest to manage the noise.
