Scottsdale Old Town Character Area Plan updated

Updates are broad, policy level changes

The Scottsdale City Council approved updates to the Old Town Character Area Plan during an Oct. 24 meeting that bring it more in line with what residents want to see in it.

The council voted unanimously to make broad policy changes to the document that spells out how the heart of Scottsdale should be developed.
The document was last updated in 2018.
