Tiffany Passehl has been on the job as the City of Scottsdale’s Old Town liaison since Jan. 26, but there is a lot the city is not saying about her.
The city’s communication’s department put out a press release Feb. 6 about her signing on to the city, but with scant details.
The release said Passehl is originally from Wyoming and that she comes to the job from a project manager position where she managed more than 350 projects “across a wide range of initiatives and coordinated with internal teams, consultants and public agencies to keep complex projects on track.”
