Scottsdale native takes pride in personal injury legal work

He brings silver linings to tragic situations

Scottsdale native David Shapiro didn’t start out wanting to be a personal injury attorney.

Shapiro, a graduate of Horizon High School, went on to the University of Arizona where he studied political science and entrepreneurship before interning at a Los Angeles law firm specializing in representing professional athletes.

“I wanted to be a sports agent,” Shapiro said.
