Scottsdale medical office building sells for $7.85M

A single-story office building in north Scottsdale was sold for $7.8 million.

Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale of Chauncey Lane Medical Offices, 6970 E Chauncey Lane, a modern 22,214-square-foot multitenant medical and office building. The building is 100% leased to a roster including allergy, sleep, posture, kidney, and financial services tenants.

The property was acquired by a private individual based in Southern California. The seller was Talia Jevan Properties Inc., which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Alexandra Loye.

“Chauncey Lane is a high quality, very stable asset with a desirable synergistic mix of medical and professional office tenants,” said Eric Wichterman, Cushman & Wakefield vice chairman. “The property consists of small and medium sized suites and is also within a short distance of two major hospital campuses.”

Chauncey Lane Medical Offices is located at providing convenient freeway access to Loop 101 and is a short distance from Mayo Clinic Phoenix Campus and HonorHealth’s Thompson Peak.

“The property is ideally positioned in the robust and well-established Scottsdale Cure Corridor, a health care and bio-life science corridor. The trade area’s medical office occupancy rate remains very healthy,” said Alexandra Loye.
