Scottsdale mayor working on separate lawsuit for brother who is suing city

Breach of contract suit in county court differs from action against city

Scottsdale Mayor Lisa Borowsky’s is working with a local attorney to defend her brother in one lawsuit while he has hired the same attorney to sue the city in another case.

Scottsdale Mayor Lisa Borowsky is working with local attorney Dennis Wilenchik to defend her brother in a breach of contract suit while at the same time Wilenchik is representing her brother in a lawsuit against the city.

The mayor, who is an attorney, is representing her brother, Todd Borowsky, who owns Skin Cabaret and Bones Cabaret strip clubs, in a lawsuit in which he is named as a defendant.

She is is working with Wilenchik, the attorney of record, on the case, according to court documents.
