Scottsdale Mayor Lisa Borowsky is accepting applicants for her Downtown Task Force through 5 p.m. March 4 .
“Your insights and involvement are essential,” Borowsky said in a press release. “Old Town’s success has always been driven by our commitment to community partnerships. This task force is the office of the mayor and, in turn, the city harnessing those partnerships and commitment to bring those ideas and vision to fruition.”
The Downtown Task Force will serve as a collaborative advisory body helping to guide discussions, priorities, and recommendations for the future of Old Town Scottsdale. During its introductory meeting, the task force will establish six (6) subcommittees focused on key areas of importance to the community:
