Scottsdale man sues Enterprise for racial discrimination

A local man is suing Enterprise Rental Car for $5 million for racial discrimination for an incident that occurred in 2022.

Charles Kellam, owner of the Fruitful Rooster apparel line, claims to have suffered emotional distress and has not been able to work since the incident in the lawsuit filed in Maricopa County Superior Court.

Kellam’s attorney, Sean Woods, said Kellam has been on sabatical since the incident on July 27, 2022 and has been seeing a therapist.
