Scottsdale man aims to monetize Esports

Scottsdale resident Gary Denham has a plan to monetize Esports with players never having to leave the comfort of their own homes, that he claims does not run into state and federal gambling regulations.

Scottsdale resident Gary Denham used to be really good at an old video game called Scramble with Friends, a sort of electronic version of the game Boggle.

He was so good, in fact, that at one point the game listed him in the top 200 best players in the world.

“I’m sitting there playing that and I said, ‘Go figure, the one thing that I’m one of the best at in the world, I can’t make any money at,’” Denham said.
