Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty recently sold a home in Upper Canton of Silverleaf for $11.75 million.
The home offers an indoor-outdoor living experience with disappearing glass walls in the great room. A covered patio spans the entire rear of the home complete with built-in heaters, a fireplace, and multiple lounge and dining areas all oriented toward a negative-edge pool that appears to cascade into the cityscape, according to a press release..
“This is not just a home, it’s an experience, which unfolds across every sunset, every reflection in the pool, and every gathering that flows from courtyard to canyon view,” said Allan MacDonald, the agent that sold the home along with Michelle Cross, in the press release.
