Scottsdale Fashion Square offers Monday mixers
Posted
Scottsdale Fashion Square’s Monday Mixers series is returning Monday, April 24, giving active adults a fresh opportunity to mix and mingle with others who share their interest in health and beauty.
The monthly series, presented by Scottsdale Fashion Square and its wellness partners, promotes healthy lifestyles with a whole lot of fun sprinkled in when participants top off their workout with a little R&R – restaurants and retailers, that is.
Monday, April 24, will feature the energizing and upbeat Cardio Sculpt with Mary Kate. The no-equipment full body workout focuses on low impact, sculpting moves with a cardio twist. All levels, beginners to advanced, are welcome.
Monday Mixers sessions, presented in partnership with Free People, blend movement and breathing techniques that nurture physical and mental well-being, for a fun and interactive experience set against a stunning backdrop.
Each session transforms the roof of the Purple Parking Garage (near Toca Madera) into a captivating outdoor yoga studio with spectacular views of Camelback Mountain and magnificent sunsets that energize participants while fostering connections between mind, body and soul.
Each month brings dozens of participants and space is limited. Make your pre-paid reservation for the $15 class ahead of time at bit.ly/SFSMondayMixers.
Registered participants should arrive for check-in at Free People (located on Scottsdale Fashion Square’s lower level, in between the food court and Dick’s Sporting Goods) at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Yoga mats will be available on a first-come first-serve basis, so guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and water.
The events will occur the last Monday of each month, now through November 2023:
Spring Series - 5:30 p.m. start (5:15 p.m. check-in)
April 24 and May 29
Summer Series - 6 p.m. start (5:45 p.m. check-in)
June 26, July 31 and Aug. 28
Fall Series - 5:30 p.m. start (5:15 p.m. check-in)
Sept. 25, Oct. 30 and Nov. 27
Participants should check in at Free People (lower level, in-between the food court and Dick’s Sporting Goods)
