Scottsdale will continue its legal battle against the Federal Aviation Administration, city documents suggest, as a future agreement to increase payment to its out-of-state lawyers has been disclosed.
A draft Scottsdale City Council agenda for Tuesday, Nov. 16, includes a request to increase legal fees to outside counsel Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampi for the FAA case currently pending in the D.C. Circuit Court.
Independent archives show Scottsdale approved a $175,000 contract with Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl for representation in the FAA suit in August 2020.
