Scottsdale exploring employee health clinic to manage rising costs, improve access

The City of Scottsdale is exploring the creation of an employee health clinic as part of a broader effort to manage rising healthcare costs and improve access to care for city employees and their families.

The proposal is still in the planning phase and would require City Council approval as part of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, according to a press release.
