Scottsdale developer eyeing north Phoenix land

North Phoenix could be home to more restaurants and hotels if a Scottsdale developer gets its wish.

Scottsdale-based Cypress West Partners is eyeing an 18-acre parcel of land in north Phoenix near 27th Avenue and Rose Garden, according to Jason Anzalone, managing partner at Cypress West.

The land deal — which is expected to close at the end of 2025 — would house medical offices, hotels and restaurants, Anzalone said.
