Scottsdale developer building stand alone homes for rent

Ed Gorman says he has a fresh solution to Scottsdale’s home shortage.

The president of Modus Companies, a Scottsdale-based real estate development company, has plans to build a 94-unit, multi-family development that contains no apartments, condos or townhomes.

The $52 million development will be built to rent stand alone homes on a 10-acre parcel at 6200 E. Oak Ave.
