Scottsdale couple creates audio storytelling app

ListenUp offers information for tourists, locals exploring new areas

Scottsdale residents Igor and Irina Ilyinsky have created a one-of-a-kind, free-to-use app called ListenUp that provides audio stories curated for listeners as they move through a location, all crafted with tourism in mind.

“I call it the internet for your ears,” Igor said. “You can walk around places and hear about what interests you.”

“It’s for anybody that’s got ears and goes places,” Irina added.
