Scottsdale council to hear 3 multifamily cases

The Scottsdale City Council will hear three rezoning requests for apartment during a meeting Dec. 7.

The projects combined would bring in several hundred units to the city that has sought more affordable housing.

First up will be the Mercado Courtyards project that features a minor general plan amendment and a rezoning a property near 92nd and Shea Boulevard.
