Scottsdale could bring remote workers back to the office

Scottsdale city employees who work remotely may find themselves back in the office soon.

The city council passed a resolution by a 5-2 vote during its Feb. 11 meeting requiring charter officers and the city’s presiding judge to develop a plan to return employees to work in a timely manner, “at their discretion.”

“Working together in person brings value to the taxpayers and the residents of Scottsdale,” Councilmember Barry Graham said.
