Lifestyle Homes of Scottsdale will build 215 homes for the Saddleback Village at Stonegate low-income community in Maricopa.

Saddleback Village at Stonegate will be a build-to-rent community of three- and four-bedroom homes.

The community will feature a playground, private backyards and outdoor amenity spaces.

To live at Saddleback Village at Stonegate, residents must earn 60% or less of the median income level.
