Scottsdale-based Davis Commercial AZ recently hired Jakob Lasiewicki to fill a newly added position as a licensed commercial agent. Lasiewicki specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial property, representing tenants and buyers as well as lessors and sellers throughout the commercial real estate process. The Scottsdale brokerage firm now employs a team of eight brokers and licensed agents.
Lasiewicki earned his real estate license as a teenager and started working in residential real estate in his hometown of Flagstaff. He spent four years as a residential real estate agent before relocating to Phoenix and switching his focus to commercial real estate. Lasiewicki also holds his securities license and is currently studying business law at Arizona State University. He is also working toward earning his CCIM designation, a designation only 6% of commercial real estate professionals hold nationwide.
