Scottsdale city staff request rate hikes for water, sewer and solid waste

Water and sewer rates as well as solid waste disposal rates are expected to climb next year.

The Scottsdale City Council heard requests from city staff to raise the rates during its March 5 meeting and they are expected to make a final decision in May.
