Scottsdale City Council to vote on changes to public comment

Scottsdale residents may soon have an abbreviated opportunity to speak their minds at city council meetings.

The council will vote at its Dec. 2 meeting on a number of measures recommended by Interim City Attorney Luis Santaella and City Clerk Ben Lane that critics say limit public input at future meetings on items not on the agenda.
