Scottsdale City Council rejects ethics violation findings against councilman Barry Graham

The Scottsdale City Council voted to reject during its June 10 meeting the findings of a three-judge panel that found city Councilman Barry Graham in violation of the city’s ethics code.

Graham recused himself from the vote, leaving a six-person council to vote on the matter.

Councilwoman Solange Whitehead moved to accept the report and councilwoman Maryann McAllen seconded it.
