Scottsdale City Council member Barry Graham target of ethics complaint

The much beleaguered Scottsdale City Council member Barry Graham is facing yet another formal complaint against him.

Graham, who is named specifically in three open meeting violation complaints against the Scottsdale City Council filed with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office since the middle of January, is now the target of an ethics complaint filed with Scottsdale City Attorney Sherry Scott’s office.

The complaint was filed March 24 by Scottsdale resident Laura Norton.
