Scottsdale city council candidates talk budget, developments and more

With three seats open in the upcoming Scottsdale City Council elections, the candidates met at City Hall on June 22 to share their thoughts on pressing issues the city faces including rising developments, short-term rentals and economic preparedness.

The seven candidates in the running are Pamela Carter, Barry Graham, Daniel Ishac, Kathy Littlefield, Tim Stratton, Solange Whitehead and Raoul Zubia. Both Littlefield and Whitehead are seeking re-election.

Hosted by the Scottsdale Independent, the forum was moderated by news editor Melissa Rosequist.
