Scottsdale City Council approves tentative 2025-26 budget

Councilwoman Solange Whiteheads says it builds off of previous councils’ work

The Scottsdale City Council unanimously approved a tentative budget during its May 20 meeting that is $4 million less than originally proposed.

The budget now stands at $2.204 billion.

That breaks down to a $885.2 million operating budget, $947.7 million for capital projects and $370.7 million for contingencies and reserves.
