Scottsdale City Council approves $1 billion development project

The Parque will begin construction in as soon as possible

The billion dollar mixed use development known as The Parque will become a reality.

The Scottsdale City Council voted 5-2 during its regularly scheduled meeting Nov. 13 to rezone the 32.29 acre site in the Scottsdale Airpark to allow for the project.

Located at 16001 N. Scottsdale Road, the site is the former home of the now defunct Crackerjax entertainment park.
