Scottsdale’s City Attorney’s Office handled a growing litigation caseload, prosecuted thousands of criminal cases, supported major city initiatives, and expanded efforts to manage financial and safety risks during the past year, according to its newly released annual report.
The report, covering Fiscal Year 2025/26, details work across the office’s Civil, Prosecution, Victim Services and Safety and Risk Management divisions, according to a press release from the City of Scottsdale.
The Civil Division drafted or reviewed 33 ordinances, 251 resolutions and more than 300 contracts during the year.
