Scottsdale charitable social club prepares for upcoming events

The goal to raise millions of dollars for Arizona nonprofits remains despite the Scottsdale 20/30 Club changing its name to The Saguaros.

The name changed about six months ago, but not the mission for the charitable organization founded in 1987. Although the organization rebranded its name to The Saguaros from the Scottsdale 20/30 Club last summer, the organization will maintain its tradition of hosting large fundraising events, mixed with service and fun, to help local children in need.

A philanthropic organization and social club, which comprises of up to 50 men under age 40, the group gives back to the community and supports children’s charities through three main fundraising events: NiteFlite, Brokers for Kids and Agents Benefiting Children. Last year, the organization donated nearly $1.3 million to 48 children’s charities statewide.
