Scottsdale-based homebuilder opens project in Fountain Hills

Posted

KLMR Homes, a Scottsdale-based homebuilder, has opened its first project – Bellos at The Summit in Fountain Hills. The first two homes are now available for tours.

Bellos at The Summit features 27 homesites with 360-degree views of the Valley. Prior to 2005, 41 existing homes were built, and the community remained unfinished until KLMR Homes acquired the lots in 2020. The community borders Scottsdale near Shea and Palisades Boulevards at the entrance of Fountain Hills.

“When this opportunity was presented to us, we had to jump on it,” said Alan Hall, co-founder and principal of KLMR Homes. “The views are breathtaking with one-of-a-kind vistas, and they have walk-out finished basements, which we don’t see often in Phoenix.”

The homes are designed to maintain the character of the natural landscape with an easement along the home’s backyard protecting the views. The gated hillside community offers three floorplans featuring optional three car garages and casitas. The square footage ranges from 2,742 to 4,356 square feet.

Future communities in Scottsdale are coming soon and KLMR Homes looks to expand in the Phoenix market.

Tours are available 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays and during the week by appointment. The home is located at 14840 E. Valley Vista Drive.
