To facilitate the ongoing project at the city’s North Corporation Campus, Scottsdale City Council has approved another contract for funding the next construction phase of a new parking structure, which includes funding for additional solar energy systems.
At the Aug. 23 city council meeting, the mayor and council members approved the second construction contract with Chasse Building Team, Inc. in the maximum amount of $5.56 million for the next phase of the design and building process.
This is the second of three anticipated design build manager construction contracts for the new additions at the North Corporation Campus, as explained by a city staff report.
