Scottsdale agent named board chair of Luxury Home Tour of AZ

Posted

Karen Bosch, a Paradise Valley resident and agent affiliated with the North Scottsdale office of Coldwell Banker Realty, 7975 N. Hayden Road, suite D105, has been elected to the position of board chair 2024 to 2025 of Luxury Home Tour of AZ, an organization encouraging networking among different real estate firms and touring homes of “architectural significance” in Paradise Valley, Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Luxury Home Tour of AZ is comprised of about 750 real estate professionals and 100 affiliates.

“This is truly an incredible opportunity personally and professionally,” said Bosch. “Meeting the ever-changing market conditions and the challenging real estate climate in Arizona this past two years is no easy task, and I am ready to lead LHT through this unprecedented time. I am fortunate to be surrounded by incredible talent found in the LHT organization. Together we are better.”

The LHT board contributes annually to several local organizations such as Teen Life, St Barnabas Episcopal Church, St Mary’s Food Bank, St. Vincent de Paul and more. Supported by the board members, the LHT strives to provide outstanding service to its clients along with continually educating the membership and contributing to the community.

A fourth-generation Arizonan, Bosch has been involved with the tour since 2005.
