Sun City Home Owners Association members will pick a slate of nearly half the board of directors for the agency.
Three current board members’ terms will be coming to an end in 2021 due to their terms of office ending this year. They are Gail Warmath, Mary Riemer and Ritchie Miller. All SCHOA members in good standing were invited to consider being a board member by submitting a candidate application.
Four people took that challenge. They are Gail Warmath, Jerry Walczak, Mike Wendel and Ritchie Miller. Warmath and Miller are incumbents and Walczak served on the board previously.
