Kasper: Scammer on loose in Sun City?

Posted Monday, January 9, 2023 3:25 pm

Beware of the bicycle-riding gardener.

This guy is an accomplished liar and thief. Never, ever trust him to keep a promise. Never advance him monies or lend him your tools to start or complete a project.

He will give you a phony name, address and phone number.

I have given his description to the police department. Beware, beware, beware.
