SBA Administrator Kelly Loeffler visits Tempe to promote manufacturing, highlight small businesses

In an unassuming commercial site on Tempe’s northside, a new manufacturing plant is being built to house Sly Energy Drinks, an Arizona brand founded by former doctors who received a loan from the U.S. Small Business Administration to turn their idea into a sip.

Administrator of the SBA and former Georgia Sen. Kelly Loeffler recently visited the site and met with the owners of the brand to tout the successes of the Trump Administration and the importance of American-made products and job creation.

“At the SBA, our focus is to provide small businesses with access to capital and it’s great to meet some of our customers and work with local lenders where the SBA provides that guarantee,” she said.
